Searcy County Chamber of Commerce Meeting The Searcy County Chamber of Commerce will hold it regular Monthly Business Meeting on Thursday, May 13th , at 12:00 Noon, at the Searcy County Airport. Check out the minutes from the meeting on May 13th here. ------------------------------- The Searcy County Humane Society meets every month on the 2nd Monday of the Month, at 6:30 PM at the Petit Jean Building on Airport Road in Marshall.

Besides a variety of Handcrafted items for sale, there will be demonstrations by the artisans. Lunch and snacks will be available for purchase from the Loafers Glory Church. There will be face painting for kids, and a Schwan’s Truckload Sale.

--------------------------------------- St. Joe City Council The St. Joe City Council will meet on Monday, May 17th at 7:00 PM at the Community building in St. Joe. This is an open public meeting and all are invited to attend.
----------------------------------------- Talent Show The Marshall Elementary School, Grades 3-6 will be having a Talent Show on Tuesday, May 25th in the Marshall Elementary Cafeteria at 9:30 AM. The same show will be hosted by the PPO at 6:30 PM in the cafeteria.
The Leslie Elementary School will be having a talent show on Friday, May 28th in the Leslie Gym at 1:00 PM
------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------- Donations for Meals On Wheels The Marshall Branch of Simmons First National Bank is accepting donations for the month of April for the Searcy County Senior Center. The donations are for elimination of the need of a waiting list for meals. You may make a donation at Simmons Bank or mail them directly to the Senior Center at P.O.
